PROMO MECHANICS

1. The raffle pomo period starts on January 2, 2018 and ends in December 31, 2018.

2. Raffle draw is scheduled in March 2019.

3. Tellers  are in-charged in the issuance of  raffle tickets upon deposit or loan payment.

4.  A member  fills out the ticket and drop in the designated drop boxes.

5. All members are qualified to participate in the raffle promo except the staff and officers.

Share Capital  For every P 200.00 deposit on share capital, a member is  entitled  of one (1) raffle ticket Qualification A member has at least P 3,000.00 paid up share capital  In excess of 3,000 pesos in the case of new members Shares bought by a member shall be counted as new/additional deposit

Disqualification

1. Loan retention.

2. Transfer of shares to beneficiaries.

3. Dividends Savings/Time Deposits

1. One (1) raffle ticket will be given to every  P 5, 000.00 additional Savings or time deposits based on January 1, 2018 ending balance provided it is  not withdrawn within One (1) month.

2. A member is entitled of raffle tickets  upon deposit subject to verification by the staff. All raffle  tickets  will be properly  logged as basis for reconciliation at the end of the year to avoid duplication.

3. The Head office staff will generate the balances at the end of the year to determine the number of raffle tickets issued.  All tickets issued will be reported to the Head Office by the branch concerned  on December 28, 2018
