Barbaza MPC selected staffs had joined the staff assembly held at Campuestohan Highlands at Negros Occidental.The 2day seminar focused on the understanding the value of camaraderie ,the importance of developing social skill and the consciousness on the practices of other cooperatives but most of all to unwind a bit outside the office and responsibilities.
Several activities was conducted that day including the sharing of stories of each coop on how they manage struggles and end up a success including their visit to one of the MPC which is the Riverside Medical Center Multipurpose Cooperative (RMCMPC) wherein their main goal is not only for the betterment of the cooperative but most importantly for their member that they has Waste Management and Material Recovery Facility and Housing project. They also had their team building in Campuestuhan Highland as well as the rest and recreation wherein they enjoy and gain wisdom among coop’s staff.They also visited the famous RUINS, the landmark of Negros, Stop by Mays Organic Garden.
Socialization nights became a venue of further development of our social interaction to BMPC staff’s but also to other participants.They showcase also their talents at the said activity.
