NATCCO 17th Coop Leaders’ Congress & 42nd General Assembly

The NATCCO 17th Coop Leader’s Congress & 42nd General Assembly was held Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City last April 26-27. The theme for the 42nd GA is “Positioning Cooperatives in a Digital Economy”.

NATCCO Chairperson, Atty. Soledad V. Cabangis, shares a heartfelt story to remind all involved members of the Cooperative that it is not gold that makes us happy, rather it is love.

 

 

 

 

 

Barbaza Multi-Purpose Cooperative’s Laboratory Cooperative Chairperson, Alessandra J. Daquila, represents her fellow youth members to express her desire to influence the future of this generation through the Cooperatives in her Kidnote speech during the 2019 NATCCO General Assembly held at Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City.

 

 

 

 

Ardy S. Abello of Kite, Inc. leaves us with a reflection to make: Are the Cooperatives ready to face change and be agile in this VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world?

E-commerce Advocate Janette Toral of Digital Influencer, Digital Leaderl shared John Maxwell’s laws: Law of the Lid, Law of Influence and Law of the Big Mo (Momentum) on Empowering Rural Filipinos through E-commerce.

 

 

 

 

NATCCO CEO Ibing Paraguya presents to the General Assembly the Cooperative Academy of NATCCO (CAN) that will strengthen capabilities of co-op leaders. “The CAN will have no building. It is mostly software — knowledge that we are harvesting from more than 40 years of NATCCO experience in training plus knowledge from BAYAN Academy.
