To provide target communities with food security and sustainable economic venture by improving their individual competencies in producing and marketing different PROCESS FOOD PRODUCTS to improve their socio-economic condition with dignity of life.

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  1. Define Food Processing
  2. Process smoked fish
  3. Process different cured meat
  4. Process variety of salted products
  5. Ferment different fruit juices
  6. Pickle different produce
  7. Created a small business plan

    This project consist of 50 Barbaza Coop beneficiaries.  They were divided into 2 clusters/batches and has 25 and 25 participants per cluster/batch.  It is a 5-day training and will be held in the training venue where the project will be implemented. After which an assessment will take place for the activity.
