Please verify your name in our branch and select an option for your relief assistance:
A. Goods
i. 10 kgs. of rice and canned goods for P2,500 Share Capital and above.
ii. 5 kgs. of rice and canned goods for Share Capital below P2,500.00
B. Cash
i. P500.00 for P2,500 Share Capital and above.
ii. P250.00 for Share Capital below P2,500.00
C. Credit the cash equivalent of your relief assistance to your KAYA Savings account if applicable and to Regular Savings account if no KAYA Account.
For those members who will not be able to visit our branch due to the protocol of the Enhance Community Quarantine, Barbaza MPC will effort to transport and distribute the relief assistance to your area.
Members may also opt to authorize someone to receive his/her relief assistance from coop provided that he/she will have an authorization letter and Valid ID of the requester.
For members who will not be able to claim the relief assistance Barbaza MPC will automatically credit the cash equivalent of the assistance to your KAYA Savings Account if applicable and to Regular Savings Account if no KAYA Account.
Please observe proper physical distancing (2 meters apart) and other protocols for the COVID19 preventive measure.
*Regular Members are those who have Share Capital Deposit not including those who have a Savings Account only.
